With over 36 years of vast experience in the Real Estate and the Construction industries, Larry’s expertise is multifaceted and uniquely broad.

Larry has a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is a licensed real estate professional and previously acquired FBI Secret Clearance status for involvement in real estate development projects with the Federal Government.

Larry has managed projects and real estate assets in excess of a billion dollars in total value. His experiences provide a unique understanding of real estate from the perspective of an owner, owner’s representative, development manager, general contractor, designer, land planner, and real estate advisor.  His seasoned experience extends from the early stages of project conception through completion and ultimate close out of an assignment.

Before becoming the CEO of Newman Development in 2008, Larry worked in real estate, development and construction for various large companies as a Principal, Director of Development and Construction, Vice President of Business Development, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Sales Associate, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Engineer, Office Engineer, and Estimator. 

Larry founded Newman Development in 2002 and began working full time at the company in 2008.

Larry offers seasoned expertise in assisting business owners with their real estate needs. Bill Lawley serves Newman Development as a senior real estate advisory expert. Bill is a specialist in the field of commercial real estate from a development and marketing perspective as well as professional property management.

He has 40+ years of extensive experience in office, retail, raw land development and industrial property. He has represented corporate clients such as Apple Computer, Verison Wireless, Zales, i2 Technology, Gateway National Bank and Midfirst Bank along with many other public and professional service firms.

Bill is a specialist in the representation of tenants in leasing, acquisition, deposition and development of office properties. He also has been engaged as a consultant on behalf of Bass Brothers Enterprises, Metropolitan Life Insurance and he has served as a real estate expert witness and consultant for several prominent law firms and real estate firms throughout the United States.

Bill has been active in Oncor International, an international real estate consortium on which he served as Chairman of the Board, The Core Network as a board member, and the Dallas/Ft. Worth Institute of Real Estate Management where he served as President. He is also licensed to practice real estate brokerage in Oklahoma and Texas.

Bill is a business/marketing graduate of The University of North Texas, has been a licensed real estate professional for over 40 years and holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) professional designation as well. Bill is pleased to serve and advise Newman’s clients in any and all of their real estate endeavors.

Karin functions as Newman Development’s Operations Manager. She oversees office management, marketing, programmed and non-programmed decisions and daily operations to ensure that client goals are achieved. Karin is an integral part of the Newman Development team, assisting with the daily operations process, business planning, performance improvement and operations strategy.

She consistently analyzes and improves organizational processes and oversees marketing and all human resource duties. Karin works diligently to improve quality of services, productivity, and efficiency of services provided to our clients.

She is a graduate of Texas Tech University. Her experience in organizational communication and Human Resources are an asset to the Newman team.

For over 28 years she has also been employed using these skills serving in higher education and the non profit sector of the Oklahoma City community.

Bryce serves Newman Development as a project administrator and operative. He serves the team as a software analyst and provides technical support and oversight. His duties also include project estimating support, business marketing efforts and financial reporting and operations.

Bryce has professional experience working in pre-construction services and on-site project supervision as an assistant superintendent and assistant project manager. He completed an internship in 2018 with Timberlake Construction in Oklahoma City and worked in pre-construction services and operations at Johnson Controls in Norman, OK.

In 2019, he worked as an intern on The Hall Arts Hotel and Residence in Dallas,Texas for Austin Commercial. The project he worked on was valued at 250 Million dollars.

In 2020 Bryce graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science degree from the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology in Construction Engineering Technology.
